You can request full deletion of your Tazroo account and all associated data.
Your name, phone number, PIN, and profile information will be permanently deleted.
All saved location history and live tracking data associated with your account will be erased.
Past delivery records are anonymised for financial reporting purposes but are no longer linked to you.
All deletion requests are fully processed within 30 days of submission.
The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside the Tazroo app. Follow these steps:
Make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.
Tap the profile icon or menu in the top corner of the home screen.
Scroll to the bottom of your profile settings and tap Delete Account.
You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account deletion is submitted immediately.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing us directly at support@tazroo.ng with:
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
Past delivery records (order IDs, amounts, dates) are retained in anonymised form for a minimum of 5 years as required by Nigerian financial and tax regulations. These records are not linked to your identity after deletion.
Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to your order history, earnings (riders), and any in-progress deliveries. Please ensure all active deliveries are completed before requesting deletion.
